Mist and Mountain is pleased to support the children with one day’s lunch at an orphanage.

New Nepal Society Center is a children’s home that shelters children from Nepal’s far remote regions. There were 42 children and 7 staff. Most children are from Kalikot, Mugu and the western part of Nepal. Mist and Mountain is pleased to support the children with one day’s lunch.

MIST AND MOUNTAIN SUPPORT:
Mist and Mountain is pleased to support Bhagawati, who moved to Kathmandu with her two mentally challenged children. She lives with her ill husband on the banks of the river Bagmati. She does not have a permanent job, and each day she must go out looking for a job to earn a living for their family.
One year ago, while she was at work, her hut caught fire, and it partially burnt her children. They have survived the burnt but need constant medication and care.
Mist and Mountain is pleased to share that we have supported Bhagawati and her family in a small way. However, she and her family need more support. We handed medicine and food worth 20,000 (for this month and the last month). (GBP 124 approx.) We will add another 10,000 Nepali rupees next month for their support
